Warranty

As a consumer, you have a legal warranty of one (1) years for the goods you purchased from Arboleaf.

This warranty covers all original components against defects in workmanship and materials (e.g. in case the product does not correspond with the description in the user manual or with an advertisement of the product).

The warranty does not cover: damages or defects due to accidents, incorrect assembly or installation of the product by the user, improper or negligent use, modification or transformation of the product, maintenance contrary to the product instructions (eg. lack of maintenance of the brakes), or wear and tear or defects inherent to the normal useful life or service life of the product.

To register your product warranty, Please have the following information:

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the laws of the state of Texas or other applicable laws. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
