This policy applies to all Arboleaf products purchased through authorized sales channels.
The warranty covers
Manufacturer’s Warranty
Arboleaf products come with a 12-month limited warranty starting from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship, including issues related to the battery.
Battery Warranty
For products with built-in batteries, we offer a 12-month free battery warranty. If the battery experiences issues due to material or workmanship defects within this period, Arboleaf will replace or repair the battery at no cost to you.
Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers the following:
- The Product Itself: Defects due to materials or workmanship.
- Battery: Covered under the battery warranty mentioned above.
Exclusions from Warranty
The warranty does not cover the following:
- Indirect or Consequential Damages: Including, but not limited to, loss of time, data, or revenue.
- Compensation for Routine Maintenance: Such as firmware updates, data storage, or regular upkeep.
Shipping Costs Policy
- Returns with Prepaid Shipping Label Provided by Arboleaf: If you return a product using a prepaid shipping label provided by Arboleaf, Arboleaf will be responsible for any damage or loss during shipping.
- Non-Quality-Related Returns: If the return is not due to a quality issue, the buyer will be responsible for any damage or loss during shipping. Arboleaf will not provide a refund for products damaged during shipping if the return is for a non-quality-related warranty claim.
Warranty Claim Process
If you need to submit a warranty claim within the warranty period, please follow these steps:
- Contact the authorized seller from whom you purchased the product or reach out directly to Arboleaf customer service.
- Provide the following information:
- Date and place of purchase
- Full name and contact information
- Product model and serial number
- Proof of purchase (e.g., order number)
All shipping costs related to warranty claims are the customer’s responsibility. Once Arboleaf receives the product, it will be inspected, and if the claim is valid, the product will be repaired or replaced, and Arboleaf will cover the return shipping costs.
Legal Rights
The rights mentioned in this warranty policy do not affect any other legal rights you may have under applicable laws.
30-Day Return Guarantee
For any reason, you may return undamaged products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, applicable to individual purchases only. Business or bulk orders (more than 10 products) are not eligible for this return policy.
Return Requirements
- The return must include all original accessories.
- The return must be in its original packaging.
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs for non-quality-related returns.
Refund Process
- Once the returned product is received and inspected at the Arboleaf warehouse, the refund process will begin.
- For non-quality-related warranty claims, Arboleaf will refund the product cost only.
If the returned product does not meet these requirements, the return may be refused.
Replacement Instead of Repair & Out-of-Warranty Service
The following products are eligible for replacement instead of repair during the warranty period. Please refer to your product manual or after-sales policy for the specific warranty duration.
- If a fault occurs during the warranty period, we will prioritize providing you with a free replacement of the same model and color.
- If your product is out of warranty, we offer a paid replacement service, giving priority to the same model and color. To utilize the replacement service, you need to contact us and provide a valid proof of purchase.

After verification, we will provide you with a discount code for replacement purchases. This out-of-warranty replacement service offers a 60% discount on the product’s retail price on arboleaf.com

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the laws of the state of Texas or other applicable laws. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
